Medicare Therapeutic Compression Stockings help promote blood circulation, reduce mild swelling and relieve tired, aching legs. EU Class 2: 23-32mmHg Moderate Compression. Used to help relieve moderate ankle or leg swelling, moderate varicosities, and for post-schlerotherapy applications. General Guidelines for Measuring:
Measurements should always be taken as soon as possible after waking and before active movement is undertaken. Each leg should be measured individually. Measure next to bare skin. The measuring system is based on having the foot flat against the floor and the leg at a right angle to the floor. Do not wear shoes as you will get an inaccurate measurement. Measurements should be taken from the ground up.
Washable – if cared for correctly, these compression stockings will give the recommended compression for up to 60 washes.
